Orders received by noon will be available to ship our next fulfillment day. In order to deliver the freshest GingieBox to you, we fulfill orders Mon - Thu to avoid weekend delays. Please allow up to 3 days of transportation time by USPS priority mail from the date that you select.
Can I place custom orders online?
Yes! We ship GingieBox, Gift Cards, Apparel, Candles, Soaps, Stickers and more. We also accept custom orders for pick-up in shop. Click here to start your custom. While we do not ship other products, we encourage online orders using this form, for custom orders, cake orders and large event orders.
What are your shipping policies?
Shipping times depend on when you put the order in and how far you are from our shop. Orders are typically packaged and shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days, not including Sat or Sun. Transit is typically 1-3 days transit depending on your location. USPS will deliver to most locations on Sat. We will email you a shipping notification and tracking number.
What are your Wolfeboro, NH store hours?
Check our Facebook page or google for up-to-date hours. We are open 7 days a week at 7am. We never close before 5:30pm and in the summer we are open as late as 10pm. We are closed New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and New Years Day. Extreme weather or events outside our control can also cause us to close or modify hours. Please feel free to call us at 603.569.1919 before you plan a trip!
Do you offer gluten-free products?
We offer a limited variety of gluten-free items. Normally we carry a gluten-free whoopie pie. We are glad to assist you in locating a gluten-free product as well.
Do I need to call before ordering?
It is not necessary however, it is often helpful for our bakers to speak directly with customers about their custom orders, so we ask for email and phone number in our online order form. 603.569.1919.
Does Yum Yum Shop cater?
While we do not cater, we are eager to fulfill large orders for your event needs.
