Our German roots are not far removed from the heritage of the Danish. Since the 1940s we have carefully crafted the laminated layers of our own yeast-leavened dough, added just the right savory spice, shaped twisted rolls, filled with fruit and finished with icing. These work for breakfast and dessert.
